Privacy.

These pages are waitlists for Mac apps Inkbench hasn't built yet. This is what they collect and why. Short version: your email, which page you signed up on, your answer to one question, and the tags the ad link carried. Nothing is sold or shared for anyone else's advertising.

What is collected

Why

The Meta pixel

Traffic to these pages comes from ads on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Once the pixel is switched on, each page loads Meta's pixel script, which tells Meta that the page was viewed and, if you join, that a signup happened. Meta may set or read its cookies in the process and may link the visit to your Meta account under Meta's privacy policy. The pixel is used to measure the ads and nothing else. Your email address is not sent to Meta by these pages. You can limit this in your Meta ad settings, or with a browser that blocks third-party scripts. Right now the pixel is not switched on, so nothing loads from Meta.

Who holds it

The signup list is stored in a database at Cloudflare, which hosts these pages and processes the data under its own terms. No other service receives it. No analytics, no other trackers, no third-party scripts beyond the Meta pixel described above.

Getting removed

Email [email protected] TODO: placeholder address, swap in a studio address from the address you signed up with and say which page. Your row is deleted within seven days, and you'll get a reply when it's done. Any email you receive from the waitlist also has a one-click unsubscribe. If the app is never built, the list is deleted when the test ends.
